Position: IC3 - Product Manager Account Creation
Objetivo general:
We are looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of our current onboarding flow and play a key role in evolving it into a modular sequential onboarding experience. This role is ideal for a hands-on PM who thrives in execution, can balance user needs with regulatory requirements, and is excited to shape how millions of users get started with Spin.
Responsabilidades del puesto
- Manage and continuously improve the current onboarding/account creation flow, ensuring smooth, compliant, and user-friendly account creation.
- Partner with engineering, design, legal, compliance, and risk teams to execute incremental improvements that reduce friction and increase conversion.
- Define requirements and coordinate delivery of onboarding features, with strong attention to technical dependencies and regulatory constraints.
- Support the discovery and design of the sequential onboarding initiative, including prototyping, experimentation, and validation with cross-functional teams.
- Own the backlog for onboarding, ensuring priorities reflect business objectives, user impact, and technical feasibility.
- Use data and user feedback to identify drop-off points, track activation rates, and define clear success metrics.
- Document product requirements (PRDs), workflows, and architecture dependencies in collaboration with pods and platform teams.
- Drive alignment with related areas such Complete Profiles, Activation, and in-store flows.

Calificaciones necesarias para ejecutar el puesto
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles, ideally in fintech, banking, or digital products.
- Experience delivering product features end-to-end in collaboration with engineering and design.
- Understanding of regulatory/compliance requirements in financial services is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data to inform decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align diverse stakeholders.
- Hands-on execution mindset: ability to write clear requirements, manage dependencies, and drive delivery under supervision of a lead PM
