Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy ML models for lead scoring and qualification
- Build NLP systems for processing B2B data
- Design and implement reinforcement learning systems
- Optimize model performance and inference time
- Collaborate with backend team on model deployment
- Research and implement new ML techniques
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering
- Expert knowledge of PyTorch and Lightning
- Experience with Hugging Face transformers
- Proficiency in distributed training using Ray
- Background in NLP and reinforcement learning
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
