What you’ll do
- Customer Implementation: Support accounting & deduction teams in getting Confido live and successful
- Customer Support: Help users troubleshoot challenges and continually collect feedback to drive the product forward
- Product Management: Help translate user pain into software improvements
- Documentation: Build and maintain documentation on retailer / distributor deduction processes and documentation of the cash application / deductions management portion of Confido
- Sales Support: Serve as a partner to our sales team during sales calls
What we're looking for
- Our ideal hire will have:
- Demonstrated CPG deductions experience: 3+ years of deductions experience at a brand doing at least $20M in sales
- Accounting Expertise: Accounting degree or experience as a staff acountant
What you can expect
- $125k to $150k Base Salary + .2% to .4% Equity
- Paid Relocation
- Fully paid healthcare
- Based full time in our NYC office with regular travel
