We're an SF team of ~30 from Harvard, MIT, Apple, Palantir, etc. We recently raised an $85M Series B led by Benchmark, and supported by Lightspeed, YC, and Nvidia. We are rapidly building the most intelligent search engine in history.
Now, we’re looking for a GTM Engineer to design and run the systems that fuel our growth.
As a GTM Engineer at Exa, you’ll sit at the pre-sales motion. Your job is to make our go-to-market inbound feel endless.
What You’ll Do
- Own and optimize the GTM tech stack (Outlook, Reply.io, Lemlist, HubSpot/CRM, etc.) to automate outreach and drive pipeline.
 
- Write SQL queries and reporting logic to measure conversion, funnel performance, and channel attribution.
 
- Design and run outbound campaigns that blend technical automation with personalized touches to reach decision-makers.
 
- Build playbooks and pre-sales workflows for both Websets and the Search API.
